I didn’t receive the gift card I paid for. What should I do?

What happens if your payment fails?
Crypto payments are processed by our payment providers, and sometimes payments can be declined due to:
- Fraud prevention or suspicious activity
- Network delays
- Sending the payment after the invoice has expired
If you sent a crypto payment but haven’t received your gift card, please wait up to one business day before contacting our support team. If we cannot locate the payment, we’ll refer you to the payment processor’s customer support for further assistance.
What should you do if your gift card order is processing?
Once your payment is confirmed, check all your email folders (inbox, spam, promotions, social) for the activation email. We actively monitor email delivery issues and typically reach out to affected customers within one business day.
- If your order status is “Pending”, it means we are still waiting for your payment.
- If your order status is “Processing” for more than one business day, rest assured—we’re already monitoring these cases and working to resolve them quickly.
- If it takes longer than two business days, please contact our support team for an update.
- If your order status shows “Cancelled”, don’t worry—we’re aware of these cases and are working on a solution. Please allow up to one business day, after which we’ll either deliver a replacement card or issue a refund if necessary.
