How to Redeem

In-store

  • Show the barcode on this voucher to the cashier at checkout. After scanning the barcode, the amount on your digital fashioncheque voucher will be deducted from the total purchase amount. If necessary, you can settle the remaining amount by other payment methods.

Online

  • When checking out your shopping basket, choose ‘fashioncheque’ or ‘gift card’ in the payment options. Enter the 19-digit card number and the 6-digit security code (SC) and the amount on your digital fashion cheque will be deducted from the total purchase amount. If necessary, you can settle the balance by other payment methods.
Terms and Conditions
  • A fashioncheque expires four years from the date of purchase and cannot be used after expiry, when any unused credit will be forfeited.
  • Credit will not be paid out in cash or any alternative.
  • Fashioncheques are not personal and are therefore transferable.
  • Fashioncheques cannot be recharged with credit.
  • Fashioncheques may only be used to purchase clothing and shoes.
  • The issuer assumes no liability for any loss, theft, damage, illegibility or unauthorised use of the fashioncheques, insofar as such is not caused by the issuer, other than where it arises as a result of the issuer’s fraud or where such loss cannot otherwise be excluded at law. fashioncheques cannot be blocked.
  • The maximum amount on a fashioncheque is GBP 250.
  • The issuer does not intend to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
  • Fashioncheque Cards purchased and activated in the United Kingdom can also be redeemed in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway, Sweden and in Switzerland.
  • Fashioncheque is purchased from the retailer on behalf of the issuer, fashioncheque holding B.V., Kruisweg 801- C, 2132 NG Hoofddorp / The Netherlands.
  • Fashioncheques are valid at all participating retailers in the United Kingdom (Participating retailers can be viewed by means of the shopfinder on the fashioncheque website)
