How to Redeem

Redeem In-Store:

  • Simply print your eGift Card or present it on your mobile device at the till of any participating store. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the remaining balance on the eGift Card.
  • This eGift Card can be redeemed in the following stores: Sports Direct, Flannels, Frasers, GAME, Studio, USC, Jack Wills, 18 Montrose, Scotts, Cruise, Evans Cycles, Amara, and I Saw It First.

Redeem Online:

  • Your eGift Card can also be used for online purchases on the respective brand websites. To redeem, enter your Gift Card details at checkout and follow the on-screen Gift Card instructions.
  • Brands currently accepting online redemption include: Sports Direct, Flannels, Frasers, GAME, Studio, USC, Jack Wills, 18 Montrose, Scotts, Cruise, Evans Cycles, Amara, and I Saw It First.

  • Valid for 24 months
  • Cannot be used outside of the United Kingdom.
  • Please treat Gift Cards as cash, we will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • Any balance remaining after expiration of the validity period will be cancelled.
  • If your purchase was partially paid for on Gift Card and a refund is payable to you, your Gift Card will be refunded up to the card’s original value first, and any outstanding balance owed after this will be refunded via the other payment method originally used for your purchase.
  • If you no longer have the Gift Card used to purchase the returned item(s), we will issue you with a new Gift Card to the value payable to you up to the amount of the card’s original value.
  • Gift Cards cannot be spent at Flannels.co.uk
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to buy further Gift Cards.
