How to redeem

In-Store Use:

To redeem your eGift Card, simply display it on your mobile phone or present a printed copy of the eGift Card at any Jay Jays store in Australia.

Online Use:

Select the gift card tab in the Secure Payment section of the checkout. Enter the card number and 4-digit PIN provided in the email containing your eGift Card. You can combine your gift card payment with other payment types, but please ensure that you enter your gift card details first.

Terms and conditions

Key Conditions of Use: Redeemable for goods or services in store and online in Australia at Jay Jays, Just Jeans, Dotti, Portmans and Jacqui E. Expires 3 years from the Issue Date.
