How to redeem

Online Redemption:

Go to the Lorna Jane Australia website
Shop for the activewear items you want and add them to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout.
On the payment page, choose the payment option “Gift Card”.
Enter the gift card number and PIN in the fields provided.
Select Redeem to apply the gift card value to your order.

In-Store Redemption:

Go to any Lorna Jane retail store in Australia.
Present the e-gift card at checkout.
Ask the cashier to select “Gift Card” as the payment type.
Provide the gift card number and PIN so they can enter them.
Confirm the amount you want to apply to your purchase.

Terms and conditions

Treat this Gift Card as cash.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Not to be used for the payment of credit or store accounts.
Not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
This card will expire 36 months from the issue date.
Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.
Gift cards are not reloadable.
