How to Redeem

To use, simply present the gift card as a payment method at Riachuelo store checkouts or, on the website and App, enter the code and password in the corresponding field on the payment screen. The Riachuelo Olympikus Gift Card can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is depleted. You can also complement the payment with available methods.

Terms and Conditions
  • Not valid for bill payment, installment purchases, and financial products.
  • Limit of 1 (one) card per purchase.
  • The balance cannot be canceled, exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.
  • The Riachuelo Olympikus Gift Card is bearer and reloadable.
  • It is not possible to transfer the balance to another gift card.
  • The Immediate Riachuelo Olympikus Gift Card will be sent instantly after redemption confirmation.
  • In case of non-receipt after the informed delivery time, contact your campaign’s customer service center.
  • Validity: 12 months.
