How to redeem
  • Select your items and proceed to checkout online or in-store.
  • Choose ‘Gift Card’ as your payment method.
  • Enter the gift card number and any required security details.
  • If the total exceeds the balance of the gift card, pay the remaining amount with an alternate form of payment (e.g., Afterpay, PayPal, credit/debit card).
  • Complete your purchase.
Terms and conditions
  • Gift cards are only valid in the currency of the country of purchase.
  • They are not redeemable for cash or traveler’s cheques.
  • Refunds on orders where a gift card was partially or fully used will be credited back onto a gift card.
  • No change will be given for purchases made with a gift card.
  • Cotton On Group gift cards do not expire.
  • Gift cards are partially redeemable, and any unredeemed balance will not be refunded or credited.
  • If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the cardholder must make up the difference with another form of payment (including Afterpay, PayPal, or credit/debit cards).
  • Gift cards should be treated like cash; Cotton On Group disclaims responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
  • The supply of gift cards is subject to Prezzee’s Terms and Conditions
