How to redeem
  • Gift cards can be redeemed at any Supre store or online at Supre’s website.
  • At checkout, enter the gift card number and PIN in the designated fields if shopping online, or present the gift card at the store.
  • The value of the gift card will be applied to your total purchase.
  • If the purchase exceeds the available balance, pay the remaining amount using an alternate payment method.
Terms and conditions
  • Gift cards are valid only in the currency of the country of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash or traveler’s cheques.
  • Refunds on orders partially or fully paid with a gift card will be credited back onto a gift card.
  • No change is provided for purchases made with a gift card.
  • Cotton On Group gift cards do not expire and are partially redeemable. Unused balances will not be refunded or credited.
  • If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method (e.g., Afterpay, PayPal, credit/debit card).
  • Gift cards should be treated like cash. The Cotton On Group is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  • The supply and use of gift cards are governed by Prezzee’s Terms and Conditions, available at Prezzee Terms of Sale
