In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions Recipient:

  • To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device display the barcode, gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) to the cashier at the time of purchase. Cashier: Scan the barcode off of the mobile device and/or hand key the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) into the POS.

Soma Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be redeemed for your merchandise purchase at Soma.com (US orders only), Soma US boutiques and outlets, or by phone at 866.768.7662. When you make a merchandise purchase with your Soma Gift Card or eGift Card, the value of your purchase plus any shipping and handling fees and sales tax, if applicable, will be automatically deducted from your available balance. You may check any remaining value online or by calling Customer Service at 866.768.7662. You may not add value back onto your Gift Card or eGift Card or redeem it for cash, except as required by law. Soma Gift Cards and eGift Cards do not expire and have no fees. Please safeguard your Soma Gift Card or eGift Card number and PIN. The bearer is responsible for its loss, damage or theft. For lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards or eGift Card numbers, please contact Customer Service. Your Soma Gift Card number or eGift Card number and PIN are required for all inquiries. Your Gift Card or eGift Card number may be deactivated if issued or procured fraudulently. This card is distributed by a third party.
