How to redeem

Village Roadshow Gift Cards can be redeemed online at Themeparks.com.au/redeem, via phone bookings by calling 13 33 86 or at any of our Village Roadshow Theme Park Properties.

To redeem your gift, select your ticket or experiences from the online store. Follow the prompts until you reach the payment method. Select Gift Card as your payment option, once gift card details are entered your credit will be automatically be applied to your purchase.

Terms and conditions

Treat this card like cash. Defaced, Mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This Card: A) is redeemable for merchandise or services at selected outlets in-front gate; B) is not redeemable for cash; C) can be redeemed for more than one transaction; D) must be redeemed within 36 months from the issue date shown; E) cannot be reloaded. Unused balance on expiry of this card cannot be refunded or credited. Purchases exceeding available balance require the difference to be paid by another method. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees. This card may not be resold. Exclusions apply.
