How to Redeem Tully’s Digital Gift

  • Access the exchange site: https://giftcode.jp/TULLYS
  • Enter the Gift Card number and follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your Tully’s Digital Gift.

Important Notes:

  • The Gift Card number is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. After that, it becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed.
  • The Gift Card number is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-returnable, cannot be reissued, and resale is prohibited.

How to Redeem In Store

  • Visit a Tully’s Coffee store and inform the staff that you would like to pay with “Tully’s Digital Gift”.
  • Brighten your smartphone screen, press the “Show Barcode” button, and present the barcode at the register.

Usage Guidelines:

  • It is recommended to save the Digital Gift URL via email or other storage method.
  • This Digital Gift is only valid for use on smartphones.
  • Screenshots or printed images of the barcode cannot be used.
  • Only one Digital Gift can be used per transaction. Multiple gifts cannot be combined.
  • If there are issues scanning the barcode, set the font size to standard on your smartphone.
Terms and Conditions
  • Please do not use screenshots or paper printouts of the screen.
  • When displaying barcodes, please maximize the brightness of the screen.
  • If the barcode is covered with a protective sticker, it may not be readable.
  • If you cannot read the barcode, please set the font size of your smartphone to standard.
  • Please check the balance and expiration date on this page.
  • This digital gift has an expiration date. Please check the expiration date and use it as soon as possible.
  • If you do not use the Digital Gift by the expiration date, it will become invalid regardless of whether or not you have a balance, and the balance will not be refunded.
  • Digital Gifts cannot be recharged.
  • The balance after use can be used for the next payment.
  • The balance of the redeemed balance can be paid by any means other than TULLY’S CARD or TULLY’S DIGITAL GIFT.
  • After redeeming a Digital Gift at a store, the balance on the Digital Gift screen will remain the same as when it was displayed. When you access the URL again, the balance will be updated to the latest balance.
  • If you have trouble reading the barcode, please set the font size to standard on your smartphone.
