How to redeem
Online Redemption:
- Go to the checkout on the Australia site.
- Add your items, then select the e-Gift Card payment option.
- Enter the card number and PIN.
In-Store Redemption:
- Present your digital (or physical if available) e-Gift Card at the cash register.
- The staff will apply the card value toward your purchase.
Terms and conditions
- eGift cards can be redeemed online or in-store at L’OCCITANE EN PROVENCE and are non-refundable.
- They’re valid for 36 months and can be used across transactions until the balance is zero.
- eGift cards are not redeemable on Beauty Pod appointments or in wholesalers, department stores or outlets.
- Lost or stolen cards aren’t replaceable.
