Gift cards purchased via Prezzee cannot be redeemed in Molton Brown standalone stores, outlets, concessions, department stores, or travel retail
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of activation
Unused balances will expire automatically after the validity period and will not be refunded
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or used to purchase other gift cards
The maximum balance per gift card is £2,500
Only denominations provided by Prezzee are available
Any remaining balance stays on the card until used or expired
Gift cards expire automatically once the balance reaches £0.00
You are responsible for keeping your gift card and PIN secure
Molton Brown is not responsible for loss, theft, fraud, or unauthorised use
