How to redeem

How to Redeem Your Gift Card In-Store Redeeming your Toni & Guy Gift Card is easy—just follow these simple steps:

  • Let Us Know When You Arrive: When you check in for your appointment, inform the receptionist or manager that you’ll be using a gift card to pay.
  • Present Your Gift Card at Checkout: After your service, when you’re at the front desk, please present your gift card with all details visible:
    • Gift Card Number
    • Amount
    • Expiry Date
  • Balance Check & Payment: Our staff will check the balance. If everything’s good, your payment will be processed as a Custom Gift Card Payment.

Important: Gift Cards are only valid for in-store use at Toni & Guy and cannot be redeemed online.

Terms and conditions

Gift cards are redeemable at TONI&GUY salons only. Treat this card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Card cannot be exchanged for cash. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. No change will be given but balance may be applied to future purchases. This card and its value expires 36 months from the date of issue. T&G reserve the right to change these terms of use at any stage.
