How to Redeem

Browse on treatwell.co.uk or in the Treatwell app and select your desired venue, treatment, and available time slot.
At checkout, select “Gift Card” as the payment method and enter the unique 14-digit code. The amount will be instantly applied to your order total.

The gift card can be used in multiple bookings. Any unused balance remains in your Treatwell Wallet for future use.

Terms and Conditions

Treatwell Gift Cards are prepaid vouchers that allow you to purchase services online at https://www.treatwell.co.uk/ and on our app, where we have multiple hair salons, beauty salons and barbershops.
Treatwell Gift Cards expire on the date specified on each card. Treatwell Gift Cards can be spent on all services on treatwell.co.uk and the Treatwell app.
Treatwell Gift Cards are only valid in the UK.
Recipients can enter the code in the special field at the check-out when making a purchase.
They will then be asked to create a Treatwell account so they do not lose any remaining credit.
The amount of the prepaid Gift Card can be used in several instalments until the credit is used up.
The Treatwell Gift Card can be used for any amount and if the remaining credit is insufficient, simply pay the difference with the payment method of your choice.
If the remaining credit is more than the amount spent, the Gift Card can be reused for further purchases at Treatwell within the validity period of the Gift Card.
Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
