How to Redeem

It’s easy to make purchases with your Gift/eGift Card or Shop/eShop Card online. Just make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. From the Payment Page, click on Use a Gift/eGift Card. For Gift or Shop Cards, enter your card number and PIN located beneath the scratch-off area on the back of the card; for eGift or eShop Cards, enter the card number and PIN that appear together. Then click Apply Gift Card.

If you have more than one Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Card, enter the information for each card you wish to use. Our system will perform the appropriate calculations.

Please note: Gift/eGift or Shop/eShop Cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your transaction.

Gift cards are redeemable at any Crate and Barrel, CB2, or The Land of Nod stores (U.S. only), catalogs, and websites. Funds on this card do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. 3 ways to redeem a Crate and Barrel eGift Card:
  • Online at crateandbarrel.com, cb2.com, or landofnod.com
    Click “Pay with a Gift/eGift Card” during checkout and enter the eGift Card number and PIN.
  • Phone 800.967.6696 24 hours a day.
    Give the eGift Card number and PIN to the Customer Service associate.
  • Visit a Crate and Barrel, CB2 or The Land of Nod store.
  • Print the eGift Card and present it to a store associate during checkout.
