How to redeem

Online Redemption:

  • Shop for products on the Mitre 10 website and add items to your cart.
  • At checkout, select the e‑Gift Card payment method.
  • Enter your gift card details:
    • e‑Gift Cards are accepted online and can be used alongside other payment methods for remaining balances.
  • Complete your order. Any remaining gift card balance stays available for future use.

In-Store Redemption:

  • Visit a participating Mitre 10 store.
  • Present your e-gift card on your phone or in print.
  • Staff will scan or manually enter it.
  • The card’s value will be applied to your purchase.
  • If the purchase exceeds the balance, pay the difference using another payment method.
  • Whatever remains on the card can be reused later.
Terms and conditions
  • Valid for at least 36 months (3 years) from issue.
  • You can redeem more than one e‑Gift Card in a single transaction (online and in-store).
  • Gift cards are not reloadable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay store accounts.
  • Treat the card like cash, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
  • Non-Refundable If Lost/Damaged
  • No change is given, but the remaining balance can be used later.
