How to Redeem

Redeeming your eGift Card is Simple:

  • Redeem In-Store: Please print your eGift card, or present your mobile device at any west elm store in the U.S.

Redeem Online:

  • Choose your perfect gift at www.westelm.com.
  • At checkout, please enter your eGift card number and PIN Store

Associate Instructions:

  • eGift cards should be processed in the same manner as a regular Gift Card tender. When prompted to swipe the Gift Card, scan the eGift card barcode or hand-key the 16-digit eGift Card number.
  • Please follow all other standard policies and procedure for handling Gift Card transactions.
