QUO Card Pay gives you access to more than 60,000 stores in Japan. It can be used everywhere where you see the “QUO” sticker. A few of the many different brands you can use QUO Card Pay in are:

  • Convenience Stores: 7eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart*, and more.
  • Supermarket: Inageya, Ecos, Saeki
  • Dining: Ootoya and Kappa Sushi.
  • Pharmacies and Drugstores: Matsumoto Kiyoshi*. Sugi*, Sun Drug*, MatsumotoCocokara
  • Misc. Retailers: Uniqlo, Aoyama Clothing, Books Kinokuniya
  • and many, many more

Not accepted at all stores. Please confirm in advance that your desired store accepts Quo Card Pay.

How to Redeem
  • Click on the link you receive
  • There you’ll see your balance and other details
  • To pay at the store, have the barcode ready and ask the cashier to scan it.
Terms and Conditions
  • QUO CARD Pay can only be used in Japan.
  • You cannot use QUO CARD Pay for online shopping, you can only use it at a physical store.
  • Payments of the following cannot be made via QUO cards: public fees, prepaid cards, postage stamps, revenue stamps, cigarettes, tickets, or payments for products that the publisher/dealer has specified that QUO cards are not valid.
  • The remaining balance of the card can be checked at POS terminals, card readers installed at member stores, or via receipts. If the remaining balance is not sufficient, please combine the card with either another card, some cash, or another payment method.
  • Products purchased with QUO cards cannot be returned.
  • The terms of the QUO card service is written in Japanese, and the applicable law shall be in Japanese.
  • 残高がある限り何度でもお使いいただけます。
  • 残高不足の場合は現金と一緒にお使いいただけます。（券売機や無人レジでは、現金等との併用でのお支払いは出来ません）
  • QUOカードPayはスマートフォンでしかお使いになれません。タブレットでは使えません。
  • 日本国内のみで利用可能
  • QUOカードPayの専用アプリを使えば、更に便利にお使いいただくことができます。
  • QUOカードPayは切手・ハガキ・商品券等ご購入頂けない商品があります。
