Amazon’s anti-fraud process locks cards and accounts if they suspect their terms are broken, the most common reason is being outside of your country and/or using a VPN, but there are others like: reselling/dropshipping, adding a gift card on a brand new account with no other payment methods added, adding excessive amount of high denomination gift cards in a short time period, and others.

How to redeem
  • After you receive your Amazon gift card code, you’ll need to login to your Amazon account.
  • Click on “My Account”>”Gift Card and Top-up my account”> “Apply a Gift Card to Your Account”.
  • Next, you’ll need to enter your Amazon gift card code and click “Apply to your balance”.
  • You will be able to use your balance in your next purchase.

Note: Some cards are PIN-based and will require a security code sent to you via SMS. In this cases, the card will display a redemption link to input the security code. Simply copy/paste the link into a new tab and enter the security code there. You can also find the security code at the end of these redemption instructions.
