How to Redeem

Online Redemption:

1. - Book at Amtrak.com or on the Amtrak app for iPhone or Android.
  - At checkout, enter the gift card number and PIN.

In-station Redemption:

- - In-person:Print this page, bring it to an Amtrak station’s ticket counter during business hours, and present it at the time of payment. Please note not all Amtrak stations have staffed ticket counters.
  - By phone: To redeem by phone, call 1-800-USA RAIL (800-872-7245) to book travel. At the time of payment, provide the agent with the gift card number and PIN.

Sales Associate Redemption Instructions:

- - To redeem this gift card, please select the gift card form of payment.
  - Manually enter the 16-digit gift card number and PIN. If any balance remains on the gift card, return this card to the cardholder along with a copy of their gift card receipt.

Terms and Conditions

The Gift Card is issued by Amtrak, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, and is redeemable for Amtrak transportation products/services (excludes food/beverages, other gift cards, and tickets sold by third-party providers).

The card does not expire, and no fees will be charged against the balance. Not refundable, reloadable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
The card has no value until activated.
Please note Amtrak is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized use.
