Your balance cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned or converted into cash. It is not possible to transfer balance to another Gift Card.

  • The Cardão Presente is a bearer card and can be recharged.
  • Your balance cannot be canceled, exchanged, returned or converted into cash.
  • It is not possible to transfer the balance to another Cardão Presente.
  • The Virtual Assaí Gift Card will be sent to the registered email within 1 working day.
