How to Redeem

In-Store: The gift card is accepted for food, drugstore products, and fuel:

To redeem it at self-checkout:

  • Scan the code when proceeding to payment

To redeem with the cashier:

  • Present the gift card to the cashier when paying for your goods.

NOTE: You cannot combine payment methods, i.e. you cannot pay for parts of you purchase with gift cards and parts with credit card. Make sure you have enough money on your gift card to cover the full cost of your purchase.

Online: The gift card can’t be used to purchase food and drugstore products.

  • When cart is filled and you want to proceed to checkout you’ll get asked to provide you postal code to locate your closets grosser.
  • After finding your closest location, click “Complete Purchase”, enter your email and other personal information they ask from you.
  • In the payment options area, click on “Add a Gift Card” and enter the received code and PIN. Then click on “Include Card”.
  • The gift card can be used for partial, total, or even additional payment on the site. You can use up to 3 cards per purchase. Cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

NOTE: Make sure to not chose “Discount Coupon”.

Terms and Conditions
  • Online: The gift card can’t be used for food or drugstore products. In-Store: The gift card is accepted for food, drugstore products and Gas/Petrol/Gasoline.
  • Up to 3 cards can be used per purchase on the website.
  • The Carrefour.com Virtual Gift Card is bearer and is not rechargeable.
  • Your balance cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded or converted to cash.
  • The Carrefour.com Virtual Gift Card is unique and non-transferable. It is not possible to transfer balance to another Card.
  • To check the balance, contact us by calling 0800 724 2855 (option 4).
