How to redeem

Online Redemption

  • Add items to your cart and review it. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and enter your shipping details.
  • Under ‘Review & Payments’, select ‘Apply Gift Card’ from the list of payment methods.
  • Enter your Gift Card Code and PIN. Click ‘See Balance’ to view the available balance on your gift card.
  • Click ‘Apply’ to redeem the full balance of the gift card.
    • You cannot select a partial amount to redeem.
    • If your purchase total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining amount stays on the card for future use.
    • If your purchase total is more than the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using an additional payment method.

In-Store Redemption

  • Download or print your e-Gift Card, ensuring the barcode is visible.
  • Present the gift card to a Drummond Golf team member at checkout.
  • The e-Gift Card will be scanned.
    • If there is a remaining balance, it will stay on the card for future purchases.
  • Do not delete your e-Gift Card if the full balance is not used — it will remain valid for future use.

To check the balance of your Drummond Golf Gift Card:

  • Visit the Drummond Golf website: www.drummondgolf.com.au/check-gift-card-balance
  • Enter your Gift Card Code and PIN.
  • Click ‘Check Balance’ to view your remaining gift card balance.
Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all physical and electronic (e-Gift) cards issued by or on behalf of Drummond Golf Pty Ltd. By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a gift card, you agree to the following terms:

  • Redeemability Gift cards are redeemable for goods purchased online and at participating Drummond Golf stores.
  • Validity Period Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
  • Non-Refundable / Usage Rules
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • No change will be given.
    • Cards may be used for full or partial payments.
    • Any unredeemed balance will remain on the card until either fully used or expired.
    • Any remaining balance will be cancelled upon expiry.
    • Treat your gift card like cash.
  • Lost or Damaged Cards Drummond Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

Note: Drummond Golf gift cards can be used to purchase any Drummond Golf products and services, including:

  • Golf lessons
  • Drummond Golf branded driving range entries
  • Mini golf venue access
