How to redeem an eGift Card eGift Cards are redeemable online and at participating Kathmandu Stores. These can be used for purchases of goods in any Kathmandu store. eGift Cards can only be redeemed in the country of purchase. You can use your eGift Card online or in store as many times as you wish until the balance reaches zero. We will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount. eGift Card Balance You can view your eGift Card balance online (http://www.kathmandu.com.au/e-voucher.html) at any time. You will need your eGift Card number and PIN to access this service. You can also check your balance in store (http://www.kathmandu.com.au/storelocator).
An e-gift card is redeemable at Kathmandu stores or online. An e-gift card is only valid in Australia. An e-gift card is valid for 36 months from date of issue. An e-gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. An e-gift card can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment.
