How to Redeem

After receiving your Virtual Netshoes Gift Card in your email, access the website www.netshoes.com.br/giftty to register your code in your CPF.

Attention: The website has a registration limit of 5 (five) cards per CPF

To link to CPF:

  • Access the portal www.netshoes.com.br/giftty.
    • If you already have an account, log in with your CPF and password.
    • If not, create an account.
  • After logging in, enter the received code in the blank field.
  • Click “Validate”.
  • After validating the code, you will see a confirmation of your credit in your wallet.
  • It is necessary to link the credit to the CPF within 6 months after redemption.
  • Once the credit is linked to the CPF, you will have 12 months to use the available credit.
  • After validation, it is not necessary to enter the voucher code on the “coupon/gift voucher” payments page. Simply click on the balance to reduce the purchase amount and complete the purchase.

To shop:

  • After linking the code to a CPF/CNPJ, access the website www.netshoes.com.br/giftty and enjoy discounts on selected products.* The discount will be applied directly to the cart.
  • Choose your products, calculate shipping, and close your order.
  • Confirm the delivery option and the credit value linked to your CPF/CNPJ will be deducted from the total purchase price.
  • If there is a need to top up the purchase price, provide additional payment options.
  • Click “Checkout” and your order is complete.
Terms and Conditions

To use the Netshoes voucher, it is necessary to link the voucher to your CPF before purchasing.

Remembering that it is not possible to link through the mobile application, only through the browser. If you find an error, please send us a printout with the displayed message.

After redemption, your Netshoes Gift Card cannot be exchanged, cancelled, returned or converted into cash after viewing. The Gift Card is unique and non-transferable. Only one gift card may be used per purchase.

Validity: 6 months.
