How to redeem

You can redeem gift cards online at www.officeworks.com.au and at any Officeworks store.

  • Enter the gift card details in the payment section under gift cards at checkout.
  • Enter only last 17 digits of the gift card number and PIN.

Terms and conditions
  • Officeworks branded Gift Cards (including e-Gift Cards) entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value of the Gift Card or the remaining balance after partial redemption has occurred.
  • The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed by phone or by fax.
  • Gift Cards are only redeemable online at www.officeworks.com.au or within any Officeworks stores.
  • A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card (i.e., an Officeworks branded Gift Card or any partner Gift Card sold by Officeworks).
  • Please treat your Gift Card as cash; it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be exchanged for cash (wholly or partly).
  • Gift Cards are partially redeemable. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If the Gift Card holder’s order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the order price.
  • Gift Cards are valid for four years (48 months) from the date of purchase.
  • Should Officeworks suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, Officeworks may refuse to redeem the Gift Card or cancel the redemption of the Gift Card.
  • Flybuys points are not applicable to the purchase of Gift Cards.
