For Online Purchases, enter the eGift Card number and your unique 4 digit PIN at checkout.

Redeem in store

In-store, present your eGift Card to the store associate at the time of purchase

  • Only for merchandise sold at Sephora stores in Australia or on our website at www.sephora.com.au.
  • No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.
  • Redemption of Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card was purchased.
  • It cannot be redeemed in other countries.
  • Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card.
  • You can view your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance when making a purchase.
  • On the checkout page, select Sephora Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details.
  • Your card balance would be shown thereafter.
  • No refunds are permitted with respect to cards.
  • If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Sephora E-Gift Card, contact Customer Service immediately.
  • Sephora E-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email as proof of purchase.
  • Sephora E-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
  • Sephora will not be liable for redeemed Sephora E-Gift Cards if they have been stolen.
  • Please do not display your Sephora E-Gift Card number and PIN online.
  • You may not use a Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card to purchase other Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.
  • Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
  • Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash.
  • Unused Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards may not be transferred.
