  • Present this gift card at any physical Soriana store, including Híper, Súper, Mercado, or Express, during their regular business hours.
  • You can display it digitally on your phone or printed on paper, as long as the barcode and verification code are readable.
  • If you present a printed version, it is your responsibility to ask the cashier to return the printed document to you.

To process this gift card as a payment method, the cashier must:

  • Scan the purchased items.
  • Enter the exact amount to be deducted, including decimals, without using dots or spaces.
  • Press the keys [T] followed by [E] on the keyboard.
Terms and Conditions
  • Conserva tus datos: Eres responsable de resguardar el número de tarjeta y el código verificador.
  • Puedes utilizar más de una tarjeta por compra siempre que se escaneen. Si el número debe ser ingresado manualmente, solo se permite una tarjeta por compra.
  • Esta tarjeta puede combinarse con otras formas de pago.
  • El saldo de la tarjeta puede usarse en una o varias compras, hasta agotarse por completo.
  • No es válida en:
    • Tiendas City Club
    • Sitio web de e-commerce Soriana
    • Aplicación móvil de Soriana
  • El saldo no es reembolsable en efectivo, ni transferible a otras tarjetas.
  • La tarjeta tiene una vigencia de 365 días corridos desde el momento de activación.
  • Una vez vencida, la tarjeta expira y no puede reactivarse ni recuperarse.
  • En caso de robo o extravío, esta tarjeta no podrá ser reemplazada.
