Treatwell Gift Cards are prepaid vouchers that allow you to purchase online services on treatwell.es and on our app, where we feature multiple hair salons, beauty centers, and barbershops. Treatwell Gift Cards offer a convenient way to enjoy a wide range of beauty and wellness services.

Validity: Treatwell Gift Cards are only valid within Spain.
Expiry: The Gift Cards expire on the date indicated on each card.
Usage: They can be used for all services available on treatwell.es and the Treatwell app.

How to Redeem

Choose your salon, treatment, and available time slot. Go to the payment page, select your gift card or voucher as the payment method, and enter the code. Important: The voucher can only be used on the Treatwell platform, not as a payment method in the salon, and only after selecting prepayment for salons that accept this payment method online.

To Use: Recipients can enter the code in the designated field at checkout. They will then be prompted to create a Treatwell account to avoid losing any remaining balance.
Partial Use: The balance of the prepaid Gift Card can be used in multiple transactions until it is fully depleted.
Additional Payments: If the remaining balance is insufficient, you can simply pay the difference with your chosen payment method. If the remaining balance exceeds the amount spent, the Gift Card can be reused for further purchases at Treatwell within its validity period.
