How to redeem

Online Redemption:

  • At checkout on the Harris Scarfe website choose the e-Gift Card payment option
  • Enter the card number (and PIN if required).

In-Store Redemption:

  • Present the digital or physical e-Gift Card to the cashier and the value will be applied to your purchase.
Terms and conditions
  • Please treat Gift cards and eGift card as cash.
  • Gift cards and eGift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Once activated, eGift cards may be redeemed for purchases at any Harris Scarfe store or site in the country of purchase.
  • Once activated, in store obtained Gift cards can be redeemed for purchases at any Harris Scarfe store in the country of purchase.
  • They cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The fund will be verified on request, at the time of purchase or by completing a balance enquiry.
  • No change is given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in part against future purchases at Harris Scarfe stores/sites.
  • Gift cards purchased after 31st March 2018 are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
  • Any balance that remains on the Gift or eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
  • A $10 minimum value must be loaded at time of purchase.
  • Gift and or eGift cards cannot be re-loaded.
  • Maximum value per Gift or eGift card is $500.
  • Photo ID is required when redeeming gift cards in store.
