Present this card during the time of purchase at any Hot Topic store, at http://www.hottopic.com/ or when calling customer service at 1-800-892-8674, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, seven days a week. This card is redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. The value stored on this card may be used until the balance is zero. Virtual gift cards are not permitted to be reloaded. Hot Topic is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Card value may not be replaced if card is lost, stolen or destroyed.
