Terms and Conditions
  • To redeem the voucher code, you must have a Secret Escapes membership.
  • The voucher code can only be used on Secret Escapes and cannot be applied to bookings with affiliated companies or partners (including hotels).
  • Please note that the vouchers you purchase are subject to separate terms and conditions..
  • You can redeem multiple vouchers.
  • The voucher and the credit are valid for three years from the date of issue.
  • Partial amounts will be credited to your member account.
  • The credit cannot be converted to cash and does not accrue interest.
  • Returns are not possible.
