How to redeem

Contact the hotel reservations team or email [email protected] quoting your voucher code when making your booking.
A valid credit card will still be required upon booking even though you’ll use the voucher value. No charges will be processed at time of booking.
Booking of the eGifts voucher must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance of your stay and is subject to availability.
