How to Redeem

Online Only Gift Cards can be redeemed on new bookings on westjet.com or with a travel agent for flights, and westjetvacations.com for vacation packages.

Online Redemption:

Go to westjet.com or westjetvacations.com and set up your new reservation.
When prompted during checkout or booking, choose the “Gift Card” payment option.
Input the 15-digit gift card number and PIN to apply the balance to your booking.
Proceed with the booking and confirm your reservation.

Terms and Conditions

Gift Cards can only be redeemed for new bookings on WestJet, WestJet Encore and WestJet Link operated flights and advance seat selection fees (at the time of booking), including applicable taxes, fees and surcharges.
Maximum one gift card can be used on a single purchase.
Treat card like cash.
Stored value not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Purchase of card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
