Online Redemption:

  • At checkout, look for an option “Gift Card” or “Redeem Gift Card.”

In-Store Redemption:

  • If you’re shopping in person at a Fine‑Day store, present your e‑Gift Card. Either printed or on your mobile device at the counter
  • The cashier will scan or manually apply it.
Terms and conditions
  • Usable online at fine-day.com and in-store at Fine‑Day stores in Australia.
  • Not valid at concession outlets such as Myer or David Jones.
  • Redeemable in full or partial amounts.
  • Remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
  • Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • No change is given if the purchase amount is less than the card balance.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced—treat like cash.
  • Once issued, gift cards cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.
