How to Redeem

To redeem your gift, simply present the claim code when you pay your bill http://www.askitaliangiftcards.com/faqs This gift code is unique and can only be used once, if you decide to spend only part of the balance a new gift code will be issued to the original recipient’s email for the remaining balance.

Terms and Conditions
  • You will receive an email to confirm your Gift Cards (Vouchers) purchase. The Gift Cards (Vouchers) will be attached and should be printed and preseted at the restaurant of your choice.
  • Gift Cards (Vouchers) may be used for more than one transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted.
  • Gift Cards (Vouchers) may not be redeemed for cash.
  • The email Gift Cards (Vouchers) must be presented on settling the bill.
  • Gift Cards (Vouchers) that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
  • Gift Cards (Vouchers) that have expired will not be accepted.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on Gift Cards (Vouchers) purchased and once ordered and paid for a Gift Cards (Vouchers) cannot be cancelled.
  • Gift Cards (Vouchers) will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days.
