How to Redeem

Present this gift card to crew member. Crew member will key in the 16 digit gift number into the terminal to redeem the balance of the order. Any remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card for a future purchase.

Kahala Management, LLC is the issuer & sole holder of liability for this Gift Card (“Card”). Until activated, Card has no value and cannot be redeemed. Once activated, treat Card like cash. Lost, stolen, altered or damaged Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
