Beyond the top secret 11 herbs & spices, KFC specialties include the KFC Chicken Sandwich, Extra Crispy Chicken and Extra Crispy Tenders, KFC Chicken Bowls ®, Pot Pies, Secret recipe fries, biscuits and homestyle sides. There are close to 4,000 KFC restaurants in the US 50 states.

How to Redeem

Instructions for the customer:

  • Go to any of the participating locations of KFC: See the locations here.
  • Present the eGift code or show the QR code.
  • The store manager or cashier will validate your eGift code or QR code to accept it as a form of payment.Enjoy!

Instructions for the cashier:

  • On POS press GC icon or Card icon to pay for the order: PIN pad will display toswipe/slide card. Type in the card number using the keypad on the PIN pad.
  • Ifyour PIN pad shows an “ENTER CARD” button, press “ENTER CARD” and then type inthe card number. Press the GREEN BUTTON after you enter the card number.
  • The PINpad will prominently display “Approved” or “REDEMPTION Approval” upon successfulcompletion of the transaction.

Terms and Conditions

To use the eGift at the store, the code or QR must be given by the recipient to the store manager for validation.
The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift and QR code. The recipient must only give this to the store manager once he/she commits to use it at the store.
The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
Multiple eGift codes may be used per transaction.
