How to Redeem

In-Store Redemption Instructions To redeem in stores, present gift card to cashier in any Anne Taylor store at time of purchase.

Online Redemption Instructions To redeem online, enter the gift card number and PIN number at the checkout payment step.

In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions Recipient: To redeem your e-gift card from a mobile device display the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Cashier: Hand key the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) into the POS on the Manual Entry Tender screen.

Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Redeemable for merchandise at Loft, Loft Outlet, Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Factory Store, Lou & Grey, Loft.com, Anntaylor.com, Loftoutlet.com, Anntaylorfactory.com and Louandgrey.com. Not valid outside of the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Unless remaining balance is $5.00 or less (or less than $10.00 in CA), card may not be redeemed for cash, except where otherwise required by law. Card does not expire and there are no fees associated with use. Additional value may be purchased at any location listed above, except online. Card cannot be used for credit account payment.
