How to redeem

Online Redemption:

  • Visit the Bras N Things website and add items to your cart.
  • At checkout, enter the gift card number and PIN before entering any other payment method.

In-Store Redemption:

  • Present either the digital gift card (on your phone) or a printed version at the checkout.
  • Staff will scan the card or manually enter the details to apply the value to your purchase.
Terms and conditions
  • Redeemable both online at brasnthings.com and in-store at Bras N Things locations across Australia.
  • Valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue.
  • Can be used in full or partial amounts; remaining balance stays on the card.
  • Multiple e-Gift Cards can be used in the same transaction.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged treat the card like cash.
  • No change is given, any unused balance remains active for future use.
  • Unused balances cannot be refunded once the card expires.
