To redeem in stores, present gift card to cashier in any Clarks, Clarks Outlet or Bostonian store at the time of purchase.

In-Store Mobile Redemption

Instructions Recipient: To redeem your gift card from a mobile device display the gift card number and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase. Cashier: Hand key the gift card number and associated PIN into the POS.

Online Redemption Instructions

To redeem online at www.clarks.com, enter the gift card number and PIN number at the checkout payment step.

This gift card is redeemable for goods or services at any Clarks or Clarks Outlet store and online at www.clarks.com. This card is redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash except to the extent that applicable law otherwise requires. No fees will be charged for non-use. There are no service fees. There is no expiration date. This card is not returnable and non-refundable.
