How to Redeem

To use your eGift card, enter the gift card number and PIN on your card on the Payment page during checkout. You can also print your card and bring it into your favorite Eddie Bauer store or call 1-800-426-8020 to place an order by phone. In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions Recipient: To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device display the gift card number and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase.  Cashier: Hand key the gift card number and associated PIN into the POS.

This gift card is redeemable in the U.S. and Canada only for merchandise at all participating Eddie Bauer stores and through catalogs and eddiebauer.com. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law, or applied as payment to any credit card account or for prior or pending purchases. With original proof of purchase or other proof as required by us or by law, lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may be replaced with a new gift card in the amount of the then-remaining balance. This gift card is transferable. Void if altered or reproduced. This gift card is issued in U.S. funds by Eddie Bauer Gift Card Services LLC, which is solely obligated.
