How to Redeem

Lands’ End Gift Cards are redeemable at landsend.com, via catalog at 800-800-5800, or at participating Lands’ End store locations in the U.S. How to redeem: • You’ll need your 16-digit Gift Card number and 8-digit PIN code. • For online orders, just enter the Gift Card number and PIN code in the appropriate fields when you check out. • When purchasing from our catalogs, the Customer Sales Representative will ask you for your Gift Card number and PIN code. In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions Recipient: To redeem your Gift Card from a mobile device display the Gift Card number and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase. Cashier: Hand key the gift card number and associated PIN into the POS.

This card is issued by LEGC, LLC and is redeemable at landsend.com and Lands’ End catalog. Not valid for purchase of any third party cards. Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Not redeemable for payment on accounts with open terms. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may only be cancelled and replaced with proof of purchase. Protect this card like cash.
