How to redeem

To redeem online:

  • At the payment section of the checkout click ”Apply Gift Card”
  • Enter your gift card number
  • Enter your 4-digit PIN
  • Click “Apply”
  • Click “Place Order”

To redeem in-store: Please present the barcode to the cashier at checkout. They will then request your 4-digit pin to be entered to redeem.

This gift card expires 3 years from the issue date specified and canbe redeemed at any Platypus retail store in Australia. or online at Platypusshoes.com.au. Treat this card like cash . Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. No refunds, store credits or cash will be provided for unused balances. This card cannot be reloaded or redeemed for Cash.
