Premiere Movie Tickets are perfect for gift, rewards, incentives, perks and more! Good for any standard 2d format film and the tickets never expire. Redeem Premiere Tickets at any Regal location across the country either in person, at REGmovies.com, or on the Regal App.

How to Redeem

In Person

  • Visit the Self-Service Kiosk, Concession Stand, or Guest Service counter.
  • Provide staff members with or input requested showtime information.
  • Scan the QR code (one per ticket).
  • Select your reserved seating (if applicable).
  • Review the transaction details.
  • Take your printed ticket or receipt to ticket to the user.
  • Enjoy your time at “The Best Place to Watch A Movie!”

Online or on the App

  • Visit https://www.regmovies.com/ or log into your Regal Crown Club account through the Regal App.
  • Select the desired theatre, movie, and showtime.
  • Confirm you have selected the standard 2D adult ticket.
  • Input the 15-digit code on the Premiere eTicket into the “Promo Code” line.
  • After applying the promo code, you will see where the discounted ticket has been applied. (one per ticket)
  • Select your reserved seating (if applicable).
  • Review the transaction details. (There is a $1.50 convenience fee for any ticket obtained through the website/app.)
  • Your ticket will be emailed (website) or appear in your “Current tickets” (app.)9. Enjoy your time at “The Best Place to Watch A Movie!”*A QR code will be needed for in-person redemptions.
Terms and Conditions
Surcharges apply to all IMAX®, RPX®, ScreenX®, Premium Large Format, 3D and 4DX® films. Luxury upcharges may apply at theatres featuring upgraded amenities and select top tier locations. Premiere tickets/e-Tickets are not valid for special movie events such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, concerts and private screenings. Regal reserves the right to change or add any surcharges without notice. Ticket redemption via mobile app and website are subject to a convenience fee. Tickets have no expiration date. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable. Do not make copies of the Premiere e-ticket; only the first e-ticket scanned will be admitted. Duplicates will not be accepted.
