How to Redeem

Online Redemption Instructions

Go to: http://order.fiveguys.com/ to begin the ordering process.
Select the items to purchase and add them to Your Bag.
Select CHECKOUT and under the Payment Method, click on Gift Card.
Enter the full 19-digit gift card number, followed by the four-digit PIN, and then “Add Card”.
The gift card funds should be applied automatically to the order.
Any remaining balance on your order will require another payment method.

In-store Redemption Instructions Recipient: Present a printed copy of the eGift Card with PIN or display the eGift Card number with PIN to the crew member from your mobile device. Crew Member: Manually key-in in the full gift card number and PIN presented by the customer either on their phone or printed on paper.

Your use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions: Your Five Guys eGift Card may be used, up to the balance of the card, to purchase food or drinks at participating Five Guys restaurants. The eGift Card is not redeemable for cash except where and as required by law. It is not reloadable. Please safeguard your eGift Card number. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. It cannot be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization, except as required by law.
