Some more popular Landry’s destinations include Morton’s-The Steakhouse, McCormick & Schmick’s, Claim Jumper, Chart House, Saltgrass Steakhouse and experiential dining destinations such as Rainforest Café.

How to Redeem

Please print this e-gift card that contains your gift card number and present it at the time of payment. For mobile redemption, you will be asked to write the e-gift card number on your guest check. The server will verify the e-gift card number on your phone and check the balance.

1. Usage and Redemption

  • Landry’s, Inc. Gift Cards (CARD) can be used to purchase goods and services at any participating Landry’s, Inc. or affiliated location in the U.S. until the full balance is utilized.
  • The CARD has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
  • Any resale of the CARD is strictly prohibited.
  • For balance inquiries or to report a lost or stolen CARD, call 1-888-345-8380.

2. Non-Refundable

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

3. Restrictions

  • Gift cards cannot be used for gaming of any kind.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any contracted banquet or private dining event.
  • Protect your gift card as you would cash; we are not liable for loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders.
  • We are not responsible for lost gift cards due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside our control.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon deposit in the US Mail or with USPS.
  • We recommend choosing an expedited shipping method via FedEx due to the cash-like nature of gift cards.

4. International Orders

  • Our online service and call center are currently unable to take international orders.

6. Locations Accepting Only Specific Gift Cards

  • Joe’s Crab Shack & Brick House Tavern + Tap branded gift cards are only accepted at:
    • Brick House: Akron (Cuyahoga Falls), OH; Chesterfield, MO; HWY 249, Tomball, TX.
    • Joe’s Crab Shack: Austin, TX.
  • Houlihan’s, Bristol Seafood Grill, & Devon Seafood Grill branded gift cards are only accepted at:
    • Houlihan’s: Jonesboro, AR; Columbus, GA; Savannah, GA; Champaign, IL; Schererville, IN; Dubuque, IA; Manhattan, KS; Chanhassen, MN; Eagan, MN; Springfield, MO; Hershey, PA; Denton, TX; Front Royal, VA; Herndon, VA.
    • Devon Seafood Grill: Hershey, PA.
  • Landry’s Affiliated Locations:
    • Only gift cards branded with specific concepts (Houlihan’s, Bristol Seafood Grill, Devon Seafood Grill, and J. Gilbert’s) are accepted.

7. Claim Jumper Locations

  • The Claim Jumper locations inside Golden Nugget Casinos are the only Claim Jumper locations associated with Landry’s, Inc. that accept Landry’s Gift Cards.

8. Non-Affiliated Gift Cards

  • Landry’s does not accept Cameron Mitchell Restaurants gift cards.
