How to Redeem

In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions

Recipient:

To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device, display the barcode, gift card number, and associated PIN (if applicable) to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Cashier:

Scan the barcode off of the mobile device and/or hand key the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) into the POS.

Terms and Conditions

Possession of an unauthorized access device is a crime.
The Gift Card must be activated through a completed transaction–please keep your receipt.
You can reload your card at participating Steak ‘n Shake® restaurants.
The card cannot be redeemed for cash and is only valid at participating Steak ‘n Shake®restaurants.
Steak ‘n Shake® is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of cards.
The card has no expiration date.
Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Cards are not refundable.
