How to Redeem
To redeem your Virgin Wines Gift Card in the UK:
- Visit the Virgin Wines website.
- Choose your wines and add them to your cart.
- At checkout, enter your gift card code.
- The value will be applied to your order total.
- Enjoy your selected wines!
Terms and Conditions
1) You can redeem your voucher online by visiting www.virginwines.co.uk/giftvoucher or by calling 0843 224 1001.
2) Your balance will be displayed on your “account balance”
3) Wine cannot be sold to anyone under 18 years old.
4) Vouchers can be used for whole or part payment of goods from Virgin Wines. Any balance remaining can be used towards future purchases.
5) Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
6) Vouchers can only be redeemed once and must be redeemed within 12 months from purchase.
7) Delivery is £7.99 per delivery address regardless of how many cases you order; unless your order is £150 or over.
8) We deliver anywhere in the UK, including NI, Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
9) All our wines are covered by our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
10) Virgin Wines cannot accept any responsibility for loss of the voucher code/s.
11) Virgin Wines Online Ltd reserves the right to amend or waive these terms and conditions at any time.
